OFFICE POLICIES


A $100 Appointment Deposit is required to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel, or reschedule you can do so 48 hours before your appointment. Making changes to your appointment before 48 hours allows you to transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment. Please be aware that you will forfeit the deposit if you make any changes after the 48 hours, no exceptions. we understand last minute incidents occur but we have this policy in place to be respectful of our teams time and to ensure we only hold our limited appointment spots to serious clients. If you decide to get
a treatment that same day- then your deposit becomes a credit towards your treatment, otherwise it is non-refundable.

Please arrive on time to your appointment, arriving 10 minutes past your appointment will result in a no show as we will not have enough time to do your treatment & need to be respectful of the next client's time.

All sales are final on services, gift cards, skincare. No exceptions.

Packages are not refundable or transferable and expire 1 year.

no one other than the client will be allowed in the treatment room

please do not bring children to your appointment as no one under the age of 13 is allowed inside the treatment room and no one in the lobby can watch them. thank you for your understanding.
